She cannot bring herself to suggest wiping the woman's mind, cannot bring herself to suggest harming her, though it does come to mind.
Many years spent guarding a ring of power have made Galadriel...darker than she likes, especially in situations akin to this one. Yet, here, she cannot really conjure the words and for that she is thankful.
