I have been watching, listening, and interjecting into the debate regarding phylacteries and I find that you and I share a point of view on the matter. Further, you seem to be someone of experience and one unwilling to suffer foolishness. If you're amenable, I would enjoy having a discussion regarding the potential proposal and efforts that might be made to counter it.
Force of arms may not avail us, although at the end it may be needed. Still, there are other methods, are there not?
